We welcome questions about your Cervo Studio jewellery, both before you choose a piece and after it becomes yours.
For advice on fit, care or an issue with your jewellery, contact the studio directly. We will help you understand the appropriate next step.
Choosing a piece
If you would like more information about a design, we can advise on its materials, measurements and available options.
Please include the name of the piece and any questions you have.
Sizing and adjustments
If your jewellery needs an adjustment, please contact us before arranging any work.
Resizing depends on the design, construction and extent of the change required. Some settings, continuous patterns and stone-set bands may limit what is possible.
We will discuss the available options and confirm any proposed costs before you agree to proceed.
Repairs and damage
If your piece has been damaged, a stone feels loose or a clasp is no longer secure, stop wearing it and contact the studio.
Please include:

Your name and order number, if available.

Clear photographs of the piece and the affected area.

A brief description of the issue and when you noticed it.
An assessment in person may be needed before we can advise fully. Please wait for instructions before sending jewellery to us.
Cleaning and finishes
The best cleaning method depends on the metal, gemstones and finish of your piece.
If you are concerned about tarnish, surface marks or changes to deliberately darkened details, contact us before using polishing products or arranging professional cleaning.
We can advise on suitable care and whether further assessment is needed.
Returning a piece for assessment
Please contact the studio before posting your jewellery.
We will provide the relevant address and packing instructions, and confirm delivery arrangements and any applicable costs. Retain your postage receipt and tracking details.
Bespoke jewellery
For questions about a bespoke piece, include your commission reference or the name used when placing the order.
We can refer to the agreed design and materials when discussing care, fit or possible alterations.
